Once you confirm, production begins. Your home is manufactured using our digital quality-control process and shipped directly to your lot.
What's included in the price shown on the website?
Published prices include the fully finished home as shown — all electrical, plumbing, insulation, interior finishes, and exterior cladding. Delivery and site preparation (foundation, hookups) are quoted separately based on your location and lot conditions.
How long does it take from order to delivery
Typically 8–14 weeks from deposit to delivery, depending on your model and any customizations. We publish an estimated timeline at quote so you can plan around it
Is financing available
Yes — we work with financing partners that offer options for different credit profiles, including options for customers with imperfect credit history. Ask us about current financing options when you request your quote.
Can I rent instead of buy
